Box Office Hours
ETC's box office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 2 hours prior to performances. Weekend hours vary.

Accepted Payment & Box Office Policies
Cash or credit accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Single-ticket purchases are a final sale with no refund. Single tickets may, however, be exchanged for another performance during the run of a show (fee applies), but may not be exchanged from one production to another.
2010-2011 Subscription prices are as follows:
- FlexPass Subscription (6 flexible tickets to use anytime throughout the season): $180.00
- Regular Subscription (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Opening Night): $174.00
- Super Saver Subscription (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening, excluding Opening night): $150.00
- Student/Senior Subscription - Available to Seniors age 65+ or Students for any day of the week: $138.00

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available year round and can be purchased over the phone with any major credit card, or in person with cash, check, or credit card. Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination, and never expire. Call the box office at (513) 421-3555 for more information.
Box Office Policies and Procedures
- Single ticket purchases are a final sale with no refund. Please check your dates and times before making a purchase. Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance during the run of the show for a fee, but may not, however, be exchanged from one production to another.
- If you need to exchange your tickets, you must call the box office to do so during box office hours.
- If you are a subscriber and cannot attend your performance, tickets released prior to performances are fully deductible as a charitable contribution. Call the ETC box office prior to your performance to request a tax slip.
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may be denied admission depending upon the demands or structure or a particular production. Please allow yourself adequate time to arrive, park, pick up your tickets, and be seated. Should you leave the theatre during a performance, readmittance will be at the discretion of the House Manager.
- The use of cameras and recording devises (including camera phones) is strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
- Not all shows at ETC are suitable for children. Please check with our Box Office regarding content. Parents with disruptive children will be asked to leave.
- If a performance needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather we will notify public information sources. We make every attempt to call all patrons scheduled for the cancelled performance; please make sure that the box office has your current phone number.
Wheelchair Seating and Accesibility
Please notify the box office in advance if you require wheelchair seating or have special seating needs and our staff will be happy to accommodate you.
Security
ETC employs private police officers before, during and after
each performance. Officers assure safe escort from nearby parking
lots.
Inclement Weather
If a performance needs to be cancelled we will notify public information sources.
Prohibition of weapons
Carrying a concealed weapon into the theatre is strictly prohibited.
