Internship Program

Each season, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, a professional Equity Theatre, invites 10-12 emerging artists to join its Acting Intern Program. The national recruitment for this program results in a diverse and talented company of individuals who are looking to launch careers in theatre.

ETC’s program is a season-long commitment (August-June) and provides each intern the opportunity to explore all aspects of theatre ranging from performance to production.  The program also bridges the gap between the academic world and the world of professional theatre, helping young artists in need of a place to build their careers.

Hundreds of young talents apply or audition to become part of the Internship Program at ETC.
